When you transit your mooncycles understanding your body, hormones, the emotions connected to them, you learn to trust and cherish your own rhythm.

* Spiritual and mindfulness practice.

* Honouring your cyclical nature.

* Integration and coherence of your body inner-working.

* Connect to your womb and feminine wisdom.

What INCLUDES:

* Self-care practices for each phase.

* Nutrition to support hormone balance.

* Menstrual chart to track your cycle.

* Menstrual cycle journal and log.

The Programs:

  • 4 meetings of 1 hr each

    1 p/week. 

    Each week is dedicated to

    an Inner Season

  • 5 meetings of 1 hr each,

    1 p/week

    Each dedicated to

    a unique chamber

  • 4 Meetings of 1 hr each,

    1 p/week

    Dedicated to different ways to harness and harvest the gold nuggets during this time.

  • 2 meetings of 1 hr each, 

    1 per week.

    Dedicated to bring awareness and practices to transition into each phase gracefully and harmoniously.

    2 video calls of 1 hr each,
